Meet the Founder

Roberto Gerena grew up with hands-on experience in the construction industry. In 2000 he began as an estimator and project manager for a developer in South Florida. With a background in business management, he then ventured into his own company and expanded his business enterprise to Cleveland where he founded Lennex Development Group in 2005. 

Lennex Development Group and Mr. Gerena are avid supporters of minority companies and has expanded his work across the state of Ohio and Florida.
